Clouds of Saturn by Joe Bergeron

Clouds of Saturn by Joe Bergeron

This impressive painting called Clouds of Saturn is an artwork of American painter Joe Bergeron. It is a masterpiece of what I personally call space painting, keep an eye at the term.
There is a movement in which I will investigate more thoroughly that is the space painting. I've had contact with a painter named Corina Chirila, which I can write a commentary of any of her artwork perfectly, but in that investigation I will comment  several pictures of different artists, but it will be in summer. Now the commentary is about this artist.
To begin, we have a very attractive, colorful painting, and that really expresses what is the planet Saturn: a gaseous planet. My knowledge in astronomy, unfortunately, are still scarce. The landscape seems a lot the Christian heaven with clouds, and far, a ring, to decorate, but it is not. Saturn is a gaseous planet and from my limited knowledge I can say that is a pretty good, though perhaps idealized representation of this great planet.
Stand out a lot the rings, as should be, as a painting of Saturn without its wonderful rings would not be a painting of Saturn. But what really cataloged as a true masterpiece of the space art is the great technique to provide those clouds of even a comfortable look and deauty that you could imagine yourself lying in the clouds contemplating the wonderful rings (if we do not count the dangerous storms and inability to survive due to lack of oxygen).
I could say more of this painting and the space art movement but for that I would like to inform more about lot of things which I have no time now, so this artwork will e developed better in the summer research. However, I hope that this artwork is clear. But now let's talk a little about the artist.
Joe Bergeron is an American painter born in the late XX century, but currently working in the XXI century, and is still alive. I don’t know many artists of space painting, but this man is very good, and his works deserve to be in museums, at even, why not, in space stations. Art should again be subordinated and contextualized in the environment, so what better place than a space station? It would be fantastic. The artist considers himsef a space painter, astronomical painter, amateur astronomer and writer. I only know him by his first two facets and are qualities that have well deserved.

In conclusion, this is the kind of art that you should know. I have been wishful to comment a space painting so much because they are beautiful, they are wonders that of course, could only have been exist now, and too as criticism to the considered "contemporary art". We live in an idiotic world where anything can be considered art. A glass of water can be art. A dead dog is art. A psychopath shooting a plane is also art. I, as a future art historian, can not consider such things artworks, but artworks like the ones of this man are evidence that art is not dead. It's just an art that is not given publicity, because apparently today's society only interested in what causes controversy and scandals and irrational brutality. But the real artists are there. You just have to look for them. I do not know if this artist exhibits his work, but I'll leave the website,
I do not know why, this artwork does not appear there. Luckily he put his sign. http://joebergeron.com/
